How we work?

Our work progresses in four stages – from the study to coordination of professions, realisation cost calculation, and finally, author supervision. Each step ensures that the final project is well‑thought‑out , functional, and feasible.

001

Study

At the initial meeting, we will define the scope of the assignment and, based on that, provide a study cost calculation. We always divide the work on the study into two phases:

Phase I.

Concept and Coordination

In phase I. we process the project, whether in the context of construction preparations or client changes. This stage is crucial for preparing the project for the next phase, the interior design.

Phase II.

Tender Documentation

In phase II. we prepare documentation for subcontractors regarding the built-in parts of the interior. We focus on details and ensure appropriate presentation so that all necessary information is clearly and correctly conveyed.

002

Coordination of professions

Throughout the design process, we always collaborate with authorized professionals such as electrical installation, distribution system or structural analysis, depending on the current design phase of the project.

Throughout the whole project duration, we regularly inform you about all activities and work together with you to find the most suitable solution.

003

Realisation cost calculation

After submitting the study, we will prepare the realisation cost calculation. It is our responsibility to monitor your costs and inform you of any changes that influence final price.

We select subcontractors either according to your preferences or from our network of authorized partners with whom we have long-term experience and established collaboration. This includes construction work, carpentry elements, lighting, furniture, or other components.

004

Author supervision

Author supervision during the implementation process is an essential item in the cost calculation of realization, playing a crucial role in the overall outcome.

During author supervision, our role is to oversee subcontractors to ensure that their implemented elements correspond with the study and do not deviate from it. The author supervision begins during the project's preparatory stage and continues until the final handover of the project to the client.
